Job Description: North Shore Country Club is a 27-hole private facility located just North of Milwaukee Wisconsin. We are looking for a highly motived, skilled individual to join our existing turf management team. The North Shore C.C. Equipment/Shop Manager reports to the Golf Course Superintendent/Assistant G.C. Superintendent’s. We currently operate on a fleet of owned and leased turf maintenance equipment. A significant amount of new equipment will be arriving in 2022 to update and improve efficiencies within the department.    The position performs and implements a preventive equipment maintenance program during off season months and includes the repair as well as maintaining proper adjustment of operating machines during season.
