Job Description:  Personnel management, participate in hiring and firing of golf course staff and daily supervision of job assignments, performance and development.  Prioritize daily tasks and incorporate projects during down times to ensure peak conditions.  Oversee and participate in daily care and maintenance of golf course and clubhouse areas to include but not limited to mower operation, pest control, fertilization, spraying of fungicides/pesticides etc.  Oversee daily maintenance and inspection of all equipment and tools related to the golf course operations.
