The Club will be an exclusive private 36-hole links style golf course with 2 accompanying 9-hole Par 3 courses located in northwest panhandle of Texas, just outside the town of Childress. The Club will have more than $5 million in equipment assets under management. Construction of the first golf course, designed by Tom Doak, has commenced and the construction of the second golf course, designed by Gil Hanse, will commence in November 2024. The Club and courses will take full advantage of its location along the Prairie Dog Town Fork of The Red River on the western edge and the sand dunes on the eastern edge that is reminiscent of Scotland. The Private Club will be a destination club with 150 members with lodging and airport access 10 minutes from the Club.
