Heritage Palms Golf & C.C. is a premier private bundled golf and country club community in Southwest Florida that was developed in 1998 which features two championship golf courses.  Both courses have been recently renovated in 2021 and 2022 with turf varieties of Tiffeagle bermudagrass greens and Bimini bermudagrass in tees, fairways, and roughs.  The irrigation pump station was also replaced in 2020.  Future planned renovations include replacement of irrigation control system from Toro Lynx to a 2 wire system TBD.  We are also renovating our practice facility consisting of a 1.5 acre practice tee and putting green with teaching facility in 2025.  There are also plans for a maintenance facility expansion/renovation within the next 2-3 years.
