Position Function: Under direct supervision of the Parks and Recreation Deputy Director, this position is responsible for supervising and technical work in planning, directing, and coordinating the maintenance operations of the parks, recreation facilities, cemeteries, roadway right of way, and other municipal properties. This position allows for a wide latitude of independent judgment in the development and administration of that operation. In addition, this position makes recommendations relating to short and long-term planning for the development, beautification, and maintenance of the aforementioned properties.   Essential Duties: Manages the daily operations and personnel of the Parks Division to ensure the proper
