It is our goal to prepare Golf Course Maintenance Interns to advance in their chosen field. Interns will participate in all facets of our golf course maintenance program, including: fertilizer applications, irrigation practices, topdressing, and construction projects. Interns will have the opportunity to work on both of our championship golf courses and receive an introduction to our management plan, yearly budget, employee scheduling, and equipment maintenance. Management of small crews may also be presented in certain situations. If appropriate, there is also opportunity for exposure to our Landscape operation. Interns will be provided with a challenging position that will allow them to use some of the skills and experience gained in the classroom and previous work experience.
