Job Summary: The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the successful operation of the Golf Course Maintenance and Clubhouse Grounds Maintenance Department. The Superintendent works closely with the General Manager on capital improvement expansion projects, as well as interacts with the Head Golf Professional to maximize the number of rounds of golf played by scheduling maintenance practices around Member play and outings to maximize efficiency is essential.  Bay Oaks recently renovated greens, collars and bunkers in the summer of 2023 and opened back up for play in October. Ongoing drainage replacement and tree work will continue to be a priority throughout 2024. This will be the first full year post-renovation and proper cultural practices
