Job Summary: The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the successful operation of the Golf Course Maintenance and Clubhouse Grounds Maintenance Department. The Superintendent works closely with the General Manager on capital improvement expansion projects, as well as interacts with the Head Golf Professional to maximize the number of rounds of golf played by scheduling maintenance practices around Member play and outings to maximize efficiency is essential. Day-to-Day: Train and implement procedures for Golf Course Maintenance Staff. Perform Chemical and Fertilizer applications. Conduct performance evaluations of Golf Course Maintenance staff and crew as directed on a timely basis.
