A qualified candidate will possess characteristics such as dedication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in the turfgrass industry. Responsibilities will include help with daily scheduling and employee management, instruction in chemical and fertilizer calibration/application, as well as all other aspects of golf course maintenance.  The individual will have the opportunity to participate in our yearly and long term operation and capital budgets, pesticide and fertilizer programs, and other tools that will help them become a viable candidate for other opportunities in the turfgrass industry in the future. Lost Dunes is always looking to improve the course with construction projects and recently completed an in-house bunker renovation in 2022 and this coming spring
