The Assistant Superintendent is a very hands-on position. A qualified candidate will possess characteristics such as dedication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in the position. Responsibilities will include daily scheduling, employee management, chemical and fertilizer calibration/application, as well as all other aspects of golf course maintenance.  The individual will have the opportunity to participate in our yearly and long term operation and capital budgets, pesticide and fertilizer programs, and will also be able to attend annual meetings to help develop them into a viable candidate for Superintendent positions in the future. Lost Dunes is always looking to improve the course with construction projects and recently completed an in-house bunker renovation
