This position is for the Director of Golf Maintenance at Seven Lakes Golf and Tennis located in Fort Myers, FL. Seven Lakes Golf and Tennis is a 55+ active adult, amenity rich community. The golf course is a pristine par 60 executive layout recently renovated in 2020 with golf course architect Kipp Shulties. The Director is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the golf course to ensure the quality, playability, and safety of the course related to employee work practices and resident activities. Responsibilities include supervising all aspects and functions of the Golf Course Maintenance department. This is a visible position within the community requiring the utmost awareness of how actions and communications are perceived by the residents.

The position reports directly to the General Manager.

The course features 18 holes, 45 acres of Bimini bermudagrass and 2.5 acres of TifEagle greens. New Irrigation system throughout installed by Leibold Irrigation, Inc. with Toro Lynx GDC 2-wire controls and weather station. Remote monitoring and control included for 2 pumpstations and irrigation computer via smartphone applications.
