Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

Northampton Country Club is looking for candidates who are interested in pursuing Golf Course Maintenance as a career and are looking to gain experience in the industry. Duties include crew supervision, scheduling, and training, pesticide/fertilizer applications, course set up, pest monitoring, irrigation scheduling and repair hand watering, mowing, aerification, and course projects. Candidates must be able to operate all equipment used in maintaining the golf course and grounds. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Candidates must be able to lead by example and work within a team environment.
