Assistant-in-Training (Housing & Sign on Bonus)

Since we are tasked with the maintenance of 27 holes at two separate properties, the ability to problem solve and be self sufficient is a necessity. This position will ultimately be involved in all facets of the daily maintenance of both golf courses (Course Setup, Moisture Management, Spraying, Mowing, Project Management). We strongly believe that the "AIT" title is just a title and your role will depend on your attitude and work ethic. Candidates will be given as much responsibility that they prove they are able to handle.

We are currently planning projects at both golf courses which includes construction of Tee Boxes, Bunkers, and Pump Stations which will take place Spring and Fall of 2024.
