2nd Assistant Superintendent

We are seeking an organized and motivated self-starter looking to expand their knowledge and career in the turf management industry, or a current turf professional looking to relocate to the area.  This position is year-round and provides numerous benefits.  The 2^nd Assistant is responsible to the Superintendent and 1^st Assistant, and duties include, but are not limited to:  staff scheduling and supervision, calibration and fertilizer/pesticide applications, project planning, coordination, and implementation, assessing the golf course to relay information to supervisors, equipment operation, mowing, bunker detailing, course set-up, sod work, irrigation repair, maintenance, and operation, and anything else deemed necessary to the success of the golf course.  We are looking for an individual to facilitate the constant improvement of the golf course, provide exceptional experiences for our guests, and grow professionally to provide future opportunities within our organization.  In the winter, this position transitions into and plays a vital role in assisting with Nordic ski trail grooming, snow removal operations, and first response activities.
