Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

The Landings Golf and Athletic Club on Skidaway Island is a private, residential golf and athletic Club dedicated to providing an enriching Club experience which enables our members to enjoy a fun, personally rewarding, and fulfilling lifestyle. Located 12 miles from historic Savannah, Georgia, The Landings Golf and Athletic Club offers members access to six championship golf courses, 31 tennis courts, 11 pickleball courts, eight bocce courts, seven restaurants, four clubhouses, five swimming pools, and a 52,000 sqft wellness center. The Deer Creek course is home to the annual Korn Ferry Tour Club Car Championship held in March as well as Stage 2 of PGA Tour Q- school.

Our Oakridge and Terrapin Point golf courses have been approved for green, tee, and bunker renovations beginning in 2025, and the Club has a long-term capital investment plan through 2050. The Agronomy department has recently partnered a $10M lease program with John Deere which is currently underway. We are looking to partner with a highly dedicated/detail-oriented individual to help provide an exceptional golfing experience for our membership. All four of our current Golf Course Superintendents have been promoted from within as we continue seeking individuals that are motivated and looking to progress in their careers. The successful candidate will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent in all aspects of the operation. This includes, but is not limited to team management, training, irrigation and project work, fertilizer/pesticide applications, record keeping, and moisture management.
