The Country Club is seeking to hire a proactive, organized, self-driven, and experienced grounds manager. This position is a full time position(40+hrs/week) and will address the need for a manager around the common areas of the club property (Clubhouse, Pool, and Golf Course Landscape). He/She will also manage 4+ groundskeepers to assist in accomplishing daily maintenance standards. More staff assistance is provided as needed for larger projects and weekly mowing. The goal of this position will be to work cooperatively with the Grounds Department Management Team and enhance the member/guest experience here at the Country Club. Our full time positions here at the Country Club provide many opportunities for growth within our department.
Blowing, Weeding, Equipment Operation, Watering
Monitors Irrigation upkeep and repairs
Develops a plan and schedule for all chemical and fertilizer applications
Manages assigned areas by scheduling daily tasks around Clubhouse and Golf events.
Prunes trees and shrubs to enhance growth and provide beauty to assigned areas
Minimum of 2 years of experience
2 or 4 year Certificate/Degree is preferred but not required
Knowledge of Irrigation Repair, and Fertilizer Applications
Spanish Speaking is preferred but not required
Pesticide Applicators License within 90 days of employment
