The Country Club is seeking to hire a proactive, organized, self-driven, and experienced grounds manager. This position is a full time position(40+hrs/week) and will address the need for a manager around the common areas of the club property (Clubhouse, Pool, and Golf Course Landscape). He/She will also manage 4+ groundskeepers to assist in accomplishing daily maintenance standards. More staff assistance is provided as needed for larger projects and weekly mowing. The goal of this position will be to work cooperatively with the Grounds Department Management Team and enhance the member/guest experience here at the Country Club.
