The Country Club is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to learn. The Assistant-in-Training will work closely with the Grounds Management Team. He/She must be willing to perform many different tasks, including course setup, moisture management, chemical and fertilizer application, irrigation repair, and equipment operation. This position requires attention to detail, leadership, and teamwork in a fast-paced work environment. He/She will also be in charge of managing small groups during certain projects throughout the year.
