As a key member of the property’s golf course maintenance team, the Assistant Superintendent reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and assists with the day-to-day oversight of the maintenance and agronomic practices of the golf course and adjacent grounds, including but not limited to the clubhouse landscaping and maintenance complex. Under the Superintendent’s supervision, the Assistant Superintendent leads and participates in all golf course maintenance activities while mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment. The Assistant Superintendent may serve in the Superintendent’s capacity during his/her absence.
