Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end private club environment, preferably in a leadership role. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. • Proven experience and proficiency in operating spraying equipment for accurate chemical applications. • Extensive knowledge of turf care practices, irrigation systems, and pest control methods specific to golf course maintenance. • Familiarity with budgeting, project management, and resource allocation in a golf course setting. • Ability to work collaboratively with the Golf Course Superintendent and other stakeholders to achieve course maintenance objectives. • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain necessary pesticide application certifications.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. A minimum 2-year turf certificate in turf grass management from a recognized college or university or 2 years of well-rounded golf course experience is required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
