Farmington Country Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our dynamic and professional team. The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent will play a crucial role in assisting the Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining and enhancing the overall condition of the golf course, ensuring it remains at the pinnacle of excellence for our members and guests. About the Course: Farmington Country Club is a member-owned club founded in 1927 and recognized as a Top 40 Platinum Club of America. Farmington is located in Charlottesville, Virginia, a college community ranked as one of the best places to live in America. The Club has an 18-hole Main Course, a 10-hole East Course, two driving ranges, multiple short-game practice areas, and an indoor golf performance center. The Main Course is currently in phase four of course renovations, which range from bunker renovations to full greens rebuilding. The Main Course has Vamont and Latitude Bermuda grass fairways, which are overseeded with ryegrass each fall. The tees are predominately Latitude Bermuda, with Prizm Zoysia on the others. The greens are USGA spec with A1/A4 bentgrass as the surface. Responsibilities:
