Assistant Superintendent

Grand Haven Golf Club

Overview:   Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, this position assists with the operation of the golf course and maintenance activities including, but not limited to: turf grass/plant material maintenance programs, property/asset management, personnel management, budget/forecasting, financial management, member relations, scheduling/maintenance of irrigation systems, pesticide applications, related record keeping and compliance of regulatory issues. The Assistant Superintendent works to create an environment where staff are involved and enthusiastic, with open communications and respect for themselves, members, guests and the property.
