Job Responsibilities

1. Personnel Management: participate in and recommend hiring of golf course staff and provide daily supervision including job assignments, performance appraisals, workforce development, and establishing priorities to ensure the success of the golf course maintenance
2. Golf Course Maintenance: supervises day-to-day care and maintenance of golf course and surrounding area; develops and implements integrated pest management plan; maintains turf and grounds by including, but not limited to, mowing, snow plowing, edging, mulching, trimming, and
3. Clubhouse & Pro-shop Exterior: supervises day-to-day care and maintenance of extensive flower bedding, mowing, trimming, balcony and tent cleanup. in addition to bringing potential exterior building issues to attention of management.
4. Administration: assist with project management and priorities; maintain logs; prepare specialized plans, reports and audits; ensure relevant safety codes and regulations are
5. Equipment Maintenance: assist mechanic with inspection and maintenance of all equipment and tools related to the performance of job
