1st Assistant Superintendent

Brier Creek Country club is an Arnold Palmer Signature Premier country club.  We provide first-class amenities, industry-leading benefits and unparalleled service to our members and guests.  Brier Creek Country Club was converted from bentgrass greens to Champion Bermuda in the summer of 2012.  During the spring of 2023 a complete bunker renovation was completed.

The 1^st Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Equipment Manager to provide the highest of premier club standards.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Ability to lead by example and work well with others
• Planning and supervising of daily operation of course maintenance
• Apply fertilizer and Chemical applications along with the maintenance of that equipment
• Training, motivating, and helping with the hiring of Agronomy Team
• Ability to adapt to changes in plans or weather
• Build a relation with Golf team and Club house team along with daily communication
• Be a team player, hands on, and willing to help in any situation
• Positive Attitude at all times
