Meadowbrook Country Club is a private club with 18 holes of meticulously manicured turf. Built in 1927, we offer our members and their guests a rare blend of informality and elegance that has been our hallmark for over 90 years. The ability our club possesses to develop new members and retain the current members is a team effort, with emphasis placed upon our equipment technician for quality of cut.
Perform routine maintenance and repair all golf course maintenance equipment.
Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and reporting quality-of-cut, after-cut-appearance, effective height-of-cut, and bench settings.
Maintain a preventative maintenance program on all equipment. Purchase all repair parts, supplies and petroleum products.
Assist and instruct crew members in the preventative maintenance and proper cleaning of equipment.
Assist in training and monitoring of proper use of equipment by crew members.
Maintaining and tracking equipment repair logs.
Well-rounded knowledge of care and operation of small engines, internal combustion engines and diesel engines, as well as mowing equipment.
Great ability to diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best approach to fix the issue. We try to get equipment fixed within 2 days.
Ability to communicate effectively to the superintendent, crew, and staff. We work closely, as a team.
Assist in all aspects of making Meadowbrook Country Club a fantastic place to play golf.
Prioritize equipment repairs.
Keep the shop clean and organized.
Self-motivated, with a willingness to be meticulous.

The course that is both beautiful and challenging will test the skills of even the most experienced golfer.Meadowbrook golf course first opened for play in 1927. Todd Sloan designed the back nine, which opened in the 1930's, and David Gill redesigned the entire course in 1962. The golf course has a creek and two ponds that come into play on eight holes. Most of the fairways are wide and tree lined. The terrain is predominantly flat. Sand bunkers come into play on almost every hole throughout the design. The greens are medium-sized, sloped and fast. Meadowbrook has hosted five Wisconsin state opens and numerous other prestigious events over the years.
