* 2+ years' experience as a mechanic for a golf course or related field. * Manage & maintain all golf course equipment including mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, specialized golf course equipment, and help with maintenance on golf cart fleet. * Ability to learn & succeed in reel maintenance (reel/bedknife grinding, daily reel set up, and repair). * Develop service program for all equipment. * Ability to read & understand equipment manuals. * Responsible to manage shop organization and upkeep. * Order & manage parts inventory for timely repairs. * Instruct all golf course employees in regard to proper equipment operation & proper equipment cleanliness. |
