The Island Golf Course Plaquemine, Louisiana The Island Golf Course in Plaquemine, LA is looking for an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. The Assistant will work directly under our Director of Agronomy and Head Golf Course Superintendent. Candidate should have aspirations of becoming a Head Golf Course Superintendent in 3-5 years. Experience of 2-3 years on a golf course maintenance crew is recommended but not necessary.

About The Island Golf Course
The Island Golf Course is an 18-hole semi-private facility on 160 acres, located 15 minutes from Baton Rouge, LA. It is 6,900 yards from the back tees with water coming into play on 17 of 18 holes. It features Tif-Eagle greens, driving range, putting and chipping greens.
