2nd Assistant Superintendent

Reynolds Lake Oconee is a 117-hole golf and lake community located in Greensboro, GA between Atlanta and Augusta. Founded in the late 1980’s, Reynolds now consists of six world-class golf courses. The first golf course in Reynolds Lake Oconee, The Preserve is an 18-hole Bob Cupp design, with A-1 Bentgrass greens, TifGrand approaches and tees, and Tifway 419 fairways and rough. We are seeking a motivated individual, eager to advance their career in the golf course industry.

The 2nd Assistant will work closely with the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Management Staff to facilitate and execute all operations necessary to provide excellent playing conditions for our Members and guests. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the golf course including but not limited to: course setup, crew management, crew training, intensive water management, monitoring and applying chemicals, small-scale projects and all other agronomic practices necessary to maintain pristine playing conditions.
