The Apawamis Club located in Rye, New York is seeking a driven and passionate individual to join their team as the Equipment and Shop Manager. As the Equipment and Shop Manager you will play a crucial roll in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our extensive inventory of equipment valued at over $2.5 million dollars. The golf course took shape in 1899, which was stewarded through design by the then Chairman of the Golf Committee, Maturin Ballou, who astutely enlisted the assistance of a young Scottish professional named Willie Dunn, Jr. Mr. Dunn had traveled to the U.S. to build what is the now fabled links at Shinnecock. Changes have been made to the Apawamis golf course since its original design throughout the years by famed architects Herbert Strong (1906-1911)
