The Golf Clubhouse Manager creates and manages a comprehensive golf and clubhouse program for the assigned golf facility. The Golf Clubhouse Manager budgets, plans, implements, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the golf and clubhouse programs; manages and trains the required staff, and monitors the services and facilities to optimize the safety, cleanliness, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of the experiences provided for golf patrons. Essential Functions: Effectively supervises assigned employees, including the following: Interviews, selects and trains employees; Coaches employees in proper job performance techniques and procedures; Directs work of employees and sets/adjusts hours of work; Maintains records on
