Contraband Bayou Golf Club at L'auberge Casino Resort, designed by world-renowned golf architect Tom Fazio, is noted for its emphasis on the marsh and lowland features of Louisiana's natural environment. Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift. Supports, administers and manages operations goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. 

• Assists with the overall upkeep and maintenance of the Golf Course (i.e. seeding, irrigating, mowing, fertilizing and landscape planning).
• Maintains accurate records on computerized irrigation practices, chemical treatments and all equipment maintenance.
• Informs Golf Course/Grounds Superintendent of any problems that may arise.
• Ensures that all equipment is maintained and operated according to departmental safety standards.
• Coordinates with manager  for any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
• Oversees cost control methods and procedures by monitoring pars and inventory.
• Conducting pre-shift meetings to relay pertinent information.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
