The position reports to and works closely with the Director of Agronomy the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the golf course and club grounds. They will work closely with the First Assistant Superintendent and Mechanic. The position assists with fertilizer and pesticide applications, executes and manages special projects and is responsible for training and supervising the golf maintenance staff.
Ideal candidates should have a 2- or 4-year Turf Management degree or in a related field and 1 year of experience working in the golf maintenance field. They must be able to obtain a Ohio pesticide license within six months of employment.
