Assistant Superintendent

We are currently looking to fill three assistant superintendent positions.  Compensation will reflect your experience and which of these three roles you fit.  All assistants will aid the superintendent in planning, growing in, and maintaining all golf course grounds.  This is an opportunity to participate in all phases of construction, irrigation installation, and growing in a world class site.

Experience Requirements:

Looking for the right candidates to build a team and grow as the project progresses.

Two or four year degree/certificate in turfgrass management.

At least 3 seasons of golf course maintenance experience preferred.

Ability to obtain New Jersey Pesticide and Fertilizer licenses.

Experience in the following is a plus:

• Pesticide and fertilizer applications and calibration
• Rain Bird IC system and CirrusPro
• Water management with a focus on playing conditions
• Training seasonal staff/interns in proper maintenance practices
• Drainage installation
• Record keeping
