The Superintendent is responsible for maintaining grounds & buildings at the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation, Responsible for daily golf course maintenance, common areas & driving range. Also responsible for employee management, record keeping, chemical application, irrigation system management & any other tasks assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or designee.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

Coordinating daily golf course & driving range maintenance operations & hiring/training new employees.

Make or oversee chemical & fertilizer applications following Florida Golf Course BMP's All applications must be properly documented.

Maintain close working relationship with the Director of Golf to schedule a monthly maintenance program.

Determine all maintenance purchasing needs and prepare a capital & operational budget for annual approval to achieve long-range goals set by the Foundation.

Perform other duties as assigned.
