The Equipment Manager will play an important role in the golf and resort operations of Four Seasons Resort Lana'i. Under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, oversee the maintenance and repair of all golf course carts and equipment as well as beach resort golf carts. These include a variety of gasoline, diesel, and electric powered carts and equipment. Plans, directs, trains, and performs the maintenance/repair work. Directs and supervises other mechanics or assigned employees. Performs very difficult and exacting task which require highly skilled and accurate manual and computerized operations involving exacting coordinated performance which must be to precise adjustments and dimension limits.
Candidate must have a positive, "can-do" attitude and is willing to create the best experience for our guest and colleagues. Must be willing to relocate to Lana'i, a small, close knit community with a population of 3,200 people.
