About Timacuan Golf Club Timacuan Golf Club is a growing and vibrant, private 18-hole club in Lake Mary, FL. The Ron Garl designed layout has hosted prestigious tournaments like U.S. Open Qualifiers, FL state championships and major junior competitions, and was ranked as high as No. 14 in Florida. U.S. Open Champion Graeme McDowell said of Timacuan: “It is a great layout with a links-like feel to it. It can be testy in places if you get off the beaten path, but it is a very fair course.” The course was recently leased by Linx Asset Trust, and we are committed to restore the facility into premier playing condition. The club is a great opportunity for the superintendent to be a part of the restoration and get some valuable experience with several exciting projects.
