The Boulders Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Resort Grounds Supervisor / Horticulturist.
We are seeking a skilled Horticulturist and Grounds Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and management of the resort grounds. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining landscaping and grounds, experience in horticulture, and knowledge of irrigation systems.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance management.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and efficient water use.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflicts and work with various stakeholders.
Ability to manage a small team of groundskeepers
Possess a valid driver's license.
