Our current Superintendent plans to step down to a different role within the company in a couple of seasons. Thus, providing the right individual with an opportunity to become familiar with the course and the company culture, making for a smooth transition for all involved, when the time comes. - Job Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of staffing, including hiring, training, scheduling.
- Supervises day to day care and operations of golf course maintenance and upkeep of surrounding facilities.
- Assists in Administration and record keeping.
- Assists with daily and winter maintenance of all machinery and facilities.
- Snow removal.
- Proper application of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides. Assist in all areas of agronomy.
- Operation and maintenance of automated irrigation systems, including controls, rotors, piping.
- Assists in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

- Requirements
- Ambitious individual with a positive attitude and a strong desire to advance in the turfgrass industry.
- At least three years of golf course maintenance experience.
- Wisconsin 3.0 pesticide license, or ability to obtain within 60 days.
- Education or willingness to pursue the turfgrass related field.
- Membership or willingness to join the GSCAA/WGCSA
