We are seeking hard working and highly motivated individuals that have a positive attitude and want to gain further knowledge and experience in the golf course industry.  This position will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Golf Course Superintendents. This will include all aspects of daily and short term maintenance: the operation of powered equipment related to mowing and aerification, chemical calibration/application, and water management and will contribute in daily crew scheduling and supervision.  This role will also be involved with other daily agronomic practices as well as golf course renovation/restoration projects.

This position will also give the opportunity to experience construction operations during the 2023 summer/fall and 2023-2024 winter, as the club is completing a complete facility irrigation renovation and reservoir construction. 

Individuals who apply can possess or have the ability to obtain a Kansas pesticide applicator license within 6 months. Free on-site housing is available.

Previous golf course experience is preferred such as one or more internships; knowledge of hand watering, irrigation repair and chemical application. Willing to train the right individual.

Applicants must possess an Associate, Bachelor, or Certificate in Turf Management or related field.  May graduates and current interns are encouraged to apply.
