The Bronze Buffalo Ranch at Teton Springs is currently seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. The Assistant must be knowledgeable in cool season turf management, golf course set-up, and crew management.

Nestled in the Teton Valley, The Bronze Buffalo Ranch is sprawled out over 800 acres and is located in one of the best outdoor recreation destinations in the country. Within a 30 minute drive there is some of the best fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and site seeing in the country. Jackson Hole, Wyoming is 20 minutes away, Grand Teton National Park is a short 30 minute drive away, and the ever-popular Yellowstone National Park is just 45 minutes away. 

The Ranch just completed a greens renovation in May 2022 with more course improvements are to come

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Pesticide applications and documentation
  • Moisture management
  • Irrigation troubleshooting and maintenance (Rainbird system)
  • Assist in daily staff scheduling 
  • Training of new employees
  • Maintaining of the Nordic Track in the winter
  • Snow removal around the clubhouse and resort

Requirements:

  • Prefer 2 or 4 year degree, certificate or related field of turf management 
  • Prefer at least 3 year of managerial experience
  • Must posses an Idaho Pesticide Applicators License or receive one within 60 days
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required

NOTES:

Additional Salary Information: Uniforms, Housing available, Golf Privileges, Reduced food cost in the restaurant, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance available, GCSAA and local chapter dues paid
About The Bronze Buffalo Ranch
The Bronze Buffalo Ranch is a private rapidly growing property located in Southeastern Idaho, a short drive from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The Idaho side of the Tetons is known as the "quite side of the mountains". The Ranch is a resort styled property with an 18-hole golf course and a 9 Hole Par 3 course. Both were designed by Byron Nelson. The Ranch also offers Horseback riding, UTV adventures, Shooting, World-class flyfishing, Mountain biking, and has a Resort hotel.
