Assistant Superintendent

Stonecrest is a fantastic rolling hills Semi Private golf course in the process of being taken to the next level. Head superintendent Pat Garland has made great strides in getting the course to where it is, but needs help to reach goals. This course had previously been neglected in the past, and with new Canadian ownership and vision, is being restored to its best. We are starting a large greens renovation in June and looking forward to the changes to come. 

We are looking for someone who has had past experience with controls, pipe repair, and all other areas of golf maintenance. 

Management is not a requirement but a positive, and something we would be willing to invest into training. We offer PTO, Health Benefits, future education, free golf, and most importantly a positive work environment.

We have a Rainbird system and in the process of investing into new technology with the controls. 

Position details: looking for someone to take control of the irrigation system, and regular other day to day tasks. This person would also be responsible for getting the team going in the mornings occasionally. This position would report directly to the Head superintendent alone.
