Chartered in 1956, Cherokee Town and Country Club is recognized as one of America's premier private clubs. The membership enjoys world class amenities including golf, dining, paddle sports, fitness, and aquatics. The excellence of these facilities, combined with a commitment to the highest standards in member services, has brought the club an extraordinary number of honors and awards throughout the years.
The Country Club has 36 holes of championship golf and 15 acres of practice facilities. Practice facilities include a double-sided driving range, a three green short game facility, and a dedicated chipping green. The greens on both courses are Champion Ultradwarf, approaches and collections areas are Tifgrand Hybrid Bermudagrass, fairways are Tifway Hybrid Bermudagrass, and the tees are mixture of Zeon Zoysia and Tifway.
