Assistant Superintendant

Linville Golf Club is a private 18-hole, original Donald Ross championship golf course designed in 1924. With a heritage dating back to 1892, Linville is the oldest golf club in North Carolina. The golf course is maintained at a championship level with high golfer expectations. A qualified applicant needs to be highly motivated, open-minded, willing to learn, and have strong leadership skills. All applicants must have a 2-year degree and/or equivalent certificate in the turfgrass industry. The candidate will need a North Carolina pesticide license or be able to obtain one within 90 days. Prior experience as an assistant superintendent is preferred.
