From the furthest tees, the facility consists of a 7008-yard Championship course and 3209-yard Olde 9 course which was established in 1938. Both courses encompass approximately 190 acres of maintained turf. With an average playing season from late-March through mid-November, we are seeking a Full-time (40 hours/week), year-round Assistant Superintendent to complement our professional and dedicated Golf Maintenance Team. As a Full-time employee for the City of Polson, the Assistant Superintendent is entitled to a host of benefits and compensations that include but are not limited to: * Wages $17.50 - $20.00/hr DOE * Health Insurance * Retirement through the Montana Public Employees Retirement System (MPERS) * Personal Time-Off (PTO) and Sick Time * Local and National Dues paid along with Licenses and Permits related to the industry * Continued Educational opportunities delegated through the budgeting process We are currently in the beginning phases of a construction project that will see the completion of a new practice facility. This addition to the course will include two new USGA spec chipping/putting greens and 5 new sand bunkers.
