The Bridgewater Club is a private 27-hole complex located in Carmel, Indiana. The property is the centerpiece of a 1000+ acre housing development with a robust membership. The Bridgewater Club offers two outstanding courses in addition to our award-winning practice facility. Our members enjoy a challenging Pete Dye designed 18-hole championship course and 9-hole executive course. The practice facility consists of a 23-acre driving range and a 6-acre short game area.
The ideal candidate for the position will have previous golf course experience with the goal of becoming a Golf Course Superintendent. We are searching for a motivated individual willing to learn and work alongside our management team.
The position will work with our management team supervising a 25+ crew throughout the peak season. Experience with water management, irrigation maintenance, disease identification, fertilizer/pesticide applications and the ability to operate turf equipment are needed skills. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on their professional development with a focus on managerial skills. These include but are not limited to employee training, project management, scheduling, and preventative fungicide programming. We will tailor the successful candidate’s role based on the needs of the individual. In the coming years the club will update multiple areas on the property. The scope the of the project is in the final stage. This role will play a vital part in the implementation of the renovation.
