Equipment Manager

Mclemore is looking for 2 experienced Equipment managers to lead his department through our expansion and beyond. The EM will oversee all preventative maintenance, training, all maintenance and repairs to equipment in the turf operation, record keeping, service schedules, ect. This position requires a meticulous eye for detail on quality of cut. The EM will work hand in hand with the Director and Superintendent to ensure the best turf quality possible.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated person to step into a new 19k sq ft  heated and cooled equipment storage and maintenance facility, brand new Bernhard 5500 series real grinder, 4500 series bedknife grinder, new in 2023 John Deere equipment packages. A seperate building will include break rooms, offices, meeting rooms, locker rooms, kitchen, mud room, outdoor seating, outdoor fireplaces, inground pool for employees only, and a private stocked bass pond within 20 feet of the facility. Our turf operations are highly supported so we have every tool to be the very best.
