Landscape Greenskeeper

In this role, you will play a key role in creating a world-class facility! You will perform specialized labor in landscape maintenance, tennis court maintenance, construction, and related work as required. In addition, may supervise small groups of team members, while reporting directly to the Landscape Superintendent. 

JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:

• Operate small power equipment and perform the following tasks on designated areas of the development project: install and maintain drip irrigation, trees, shrubs and cacti; maintain tree and plant nurseries, and control minor erosion.
• Participate in annual over-seeding of grass areas.
• Assist in the construction of new landscape areas.
• Operate light motorized equipment and small utility vehicles in hauling materials and debris.
• Clean drains and culverts, sweep roadways and collect litter.
• Maintain tennis courts, clubhouses, and related facilities.
• Supervise small groups of team members in specialized tasks such as Clay, Hard, and Grass court maintenance.
• Cultivate and hand water trees, shrubs, cacti, and grass areas.
• Other duties as assigned by the management.
