This is an Equipment Manager & Golf Course Mechanic's position at Birch Hills Golf Course in Brea California. While the position is based out of Birch Hills, the mechanic will also be responsible for helping out at other facilities managed by Western Golf. A company truck is provided for work use.
Candidate should have knowledge of all aspects of golf course equipment maintenance. This includes grinding reels and bed knives, as well as back lapping if necessary. Adjusting and checking heights of cut, engine repair, and preventative maintenance are all required. This is the perfect job for a mechanic looking to branch out and expand his role. This job will require driving a company vehicle that is provided. If the candidate lives within 20 miles of Brea the candidate may take the truck home everyday.
