As an intern, you will have an opportunity to experience all aspects of golf course maintenance at a premier club. Our program is designed to provide interns with practical, hands-on learning experience in golf course maintenance and agronomic plan management. Interns will be expected to be reliable, detail-oriented and have a positive attitude. They should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and be willing to work in a team environment to exceed member expectations. Interns are expected to work 45-65 hours a week depending on conditions. Some of the items Seasonal Interns will be involved with/leading are:

Educational Requirements Currently interested/enrolled in/recently graduated from a Certificate, Associate's program in Turfgrass Science or related Agronomy based field. We can help the right candidate begin their education into the field. Experience Requirements

Additional Salary Information: Job Benefits $17.00/hr+ DOE (Minimum 12 hours OT a week) Interns can gain their Spray operator or applicator certifications in their time at BCC Golfing Privileges Uniforms provided Employee staff meals Career Application Materials review & critiquing Prepare individuals for full time placement following time here at BCC BSP educational scholarship opportunity (up to $25,000)
