We are looking for candidates who can manage and lead a team of individuals to a level of operational excellence. We will be happy to meet with candidates who have the following attributes: 3-5 years turf grass management experience required Supervisory, coaching and staff development experience required A four-year college degree preferred, but not required GCSAA Member preferred, but not required Knowledge of budgeting and expense management Self-motivated/ no excuses Want to be a part of something bigger than themselves Positive attitude and high level of grit Desire to learn, grow and develop everyday Ability to help coach and develop Team Members in order to improve their skills and value Growth mindset and desire to get better every day High standards and commitment to quality Curiosity and interest in learning Hate the status quo and “we have always done it that way” mentality We will invest in candidates that meet the above criteria and assist them in developing their skills, knowledge and experience. |
